- Customer Satisfaction - How long does it take to get my order?

If a belt is in stock, it will normally ship in 24 hours of receiving an order (not including weekends or holidays) If a seat belt is not in stock we typically can produce and ship in 1-3 days. Remember your custom order is welcome and we still typically can ship them in 1-3 days.
- Customer Satisfaction - I don't like my belt, can I return it?

Our return policy is simple and easy. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order return it within 90 days and we will either send you a replacement or refund your money. As a seat belt manufacture we could modify your purchase belt to better fit your needs. You may call us toll free at 877-435-6363 or send an email to askus@seatbeltplanet.com along with a your phone number and let us know why you are returning it. We will then send you an RMA number that needs to be included with your return. It may take a few days shipping and evaluation for us to return the belt you want back to you.

SeatbeltPlanet is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm (US Central) from Monday to Friday. We are also closed on federal holidays.
- Customer Satisfaction - How do I return my order?

If you have a return or warranty claim, complete the form in "contact us". Provide the 6 digit order number located on the tag sewn on the belt and the reason for your return. You will then receive a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your seatbelts.
- Product Information - Can I order a belt that will work in my specific vehicle?

Seatbeltplanet™ stocks a large selection of seatbelts designed to fit most vehicles. If you do not think the stocked seatbelts will fit in your vehicles contact us via email: askus@seatbeltplanet.com or call 877-435-6363 to talk to us. We can make a custom belt just for you. - Product Information - Can I replace just one-side of my seat belt?

Each seat belt manufacturer builds and designs their belts to work in combination with each other. We are not able to match up the different sides of the belt with one universal product. It is always best to order a complete set because designs and changes can be made from time to time on the same product.
- Product Information - Are your belts DOT approved?

The Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) are administered by the National Highway Transportation and Safety Admnistration (NHTSA). NHTSA is the governing agency under the Department of Transportation (DOT) for on-road, highway vehicle safety. Our belts are tested and certified to meet FMVSS 209 and 302 which are the standards related to the actual seatbelt. The certification tag is located on all our belts.
- Product Information – Do you offer original seat belt parts for my specific car?

It is common that most vehicle manufacture would use a different style seat belt with each model year causing there to be a countless number of parts that customers may need and often these parts are not available for us to purchase. Seatbelt Planet provides a wide variety of aftermarket seat belts that often fit a majority of customer's vehicle. SeatbeltPlanet is continuously working on adding new vehicle specific seat belts to our products. We will be adding a "Classic Car" section that will list a number of currently offered vehicle specific belts. If our standard seat belts do not fit your vehicle please see our other Repair Services we offer.
- Repair Services – Can I have a custom belt made? How much will it cost?

Yes, we do offer custom seat belts. Please call us at 877-435-6363 for a customized quote. The cost depends on which seat belt you order but typically there is an up charge for custom seat belts. Typical charges:
- Add $10 for non retractable lap seat belts
- Add $15 for retractable Lap seat belts
- Add $15 for 3 Pt non retractable lap/shoulder seat belts
- Add $20 for 3 Pt retractable*lap shoulder seat belts
- Add $25 for 4 Pt Harnesses
- Repair Services – The webbing in my vehicle is worn out. Can you replace the webbing in my specific model vehicle?

Currently on the website, we are only able to send orders to North America (USA, Canada, and Mexico). If you are located in another country, please email us at askus@seatbeltplanet.com or call us at 877-435-6363 and we will process your order right away.

Yes, you can order a custom length of belt. If you do not see a the length that you need, send an email to askus@seatbeltplanet.com or give us a call at 877-435-6363 and we will work to get your custom order together along with a price. - Placing an Order – Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you can go directly to the shopping cart by clicking “skip this step” which will bypass the registration process, then complete the following steps: shipping address and payment information, to finished placing your order.
